Interesting

One hopes this might could be a harbinger of Election 2012...

You can find the interactive map and explanations here.  I'm hopeful, but at the same time ya gotta consider that Righties are more thoughtful... and better read... than Lefties.  Generally speaking.

  1. 67% Red in Loooozeana.

It'll be just about like that in the election outcome, too.

I think McCain got 60+ here in 2008 (at least 60). Romney will do better. All of those "first-timers" that I saw on election day have forgotten where it was they was supposed to vote.

The bloom is off the rose.

Ohio and Flarada are interesting, though.

I know that many on the right are glooming and dooming right now. I just don't feel it.

The bloom is off the rose.

Turnout will be significantly lower in the urban areas than in 2008.

    SIGNIFICANTLY.

I honestly believe Romney is going to electorally shock the MSM. I am drooling over the coverage of asses on Election Night.

    Now...what he does with it...well...we shall c.

    1. What was that PT Barnum supposedly said? It wasn't "don't count yer chickens," but that's appropriate in this case.

  2. What's up with Pennsylvania? Completely illiterate or just on the fence?

Massachusetts - Home of One-Party Politics for More Than a Century! (We occasionally elect Republican governors just to see how long it takes to drive them out of the state, with Mitt Romney and Bill Weld being sterling examples. As you might imagine, I am ashamed to have to admit to being from here.)

  3. CT at 51% red. I am shocked, truthfully. And I read a little while ago that Linda McMahon - Republican candidate for Senate - is in the lead. Gives me hope that perhaps the liberal wasteland that is CT is ... changing.

    One can hope.

did you see what i did there? i bet you did... :-)

    1. Uh, no. I missed it... unless it was a play on "hope."

  4. Buck: First I said CT is changing; then I said One can hope. Get it - Hope n Change? OK, maybe it wasn't as clever as I thought it was at the time.
