I Heard There Was Some Sorta Game Yesterday That Kinda-Sorta Resembles Football

  2. Great cartoon!

I enjoyed the super bowl - since Toby chose the 49ers, I chose the Raves.

  3. Now that's a great cartoon. In about 3 weeks though, most everybody knows JC will be watching spring training baseball games; unfortunately, it's even more widely known that he ain't a Cub fan.

    1. I have it on good authority that God is a Wings fan. I wouldn't expect anything less from Her.

  4. The reason the lights went out during yesterday's game was because God tried to smote Ray Lewis. HE forgot to take into account that the game was being played in a domed stadium, so the lightning bolt only screwed up the electric.

  5. Naw, your wrong, it probably was due to the "youts" stripping the copper-wiring for re-sale from the sub-station on Tchoupitoulas St. that feeds the Dome, lol.

    1. PS: Speaking of the "Big Guy" and sports, it reminds me of a joke XAirBoss related to me over at Lex's. When Alabama's Lou Saben finally dies and goes to heaven after being preceded in death by LSU's Les Miles he is welcomed by St.Peter and shown his new home which turns out to be a very nice modern split-level ranch-style with EVERY convenience and a two-car garage. But then he spies a mansion painted a pale violet up the hill with an LSU flag flying on the front-lawn, purple& gold striped awnings and two chained Tigers guarding the gate plus an eight-car garage. Lou turns to St. Peter and asks, "Gee, my digs are nice, but how come Les Miles rates better housing than I do?" "Oh, that isn't Les Miles' place," replies St. Peter, "That''s Gods'." LOL.

    2. As if St. Nick (are you confusing him with the old Buffalo Bills' coach on purpose?) would ever allow that God was someone not himself. . .

    3. Heh, I do that all the time, Graig, my Dad coached basketball at Eastern Illinois when Saban coached football at Western Illinois and I always think of that Saban first..

Just be polite... that's all I ask.
