Doom and Gloom

That's the title of the new Stones song...

An occasional reader who's Anonymous tipped me off to the song in the comments to the post below.  There were only 301 views when I grabbed the embed code a couple o' minutes ago, so this is really new... released only yesterday, according to the Stones' web site.  The graphics in the vid are mesmerizing, no?  Disturbing, too.

  1. The graphics (and the lyrics) are mesmerizing. And definitely disturbing. And I'm wondering who's that he's asking to dance?

    1. Knowing Mick... it's prolly the first woman he sees. I wish I had a fraction of one percent of the women he's had in his life...

  2. Good song! Old Mick's still rocking, which is amazing seeing as how we are both the same age!

  4. And they are going on tour again. Releasing an album called Grrrr. Funny, it almost seems familiar to hear this song.

    1. And thank The Deity At Hand for small favors. That said, this has GOT to be their last hurrah.

    1. I still HAVE a lot o' their *records,* marc, and they are well worn. Technically speaking, as they're actually in storage. But I own the damned thangs.
