The media is the culprit that is building mass hysteria over the possiblility of a government shutdown.
Something like 67% of government goes on. What cracks me up is "essential" government workers still report and do their jobs. If its 67% that would go on, and those are essential, why is there 33% extra? I know there is redundancy but isn't that going a bit too far with MY MONEY?
I've been called worse. Actually, Moogie and I are exactly alike. Except for that she's a chick, and she's brilliant, and gots an impressive vocabulary, and cultural classiness.
AMEN, and AMEN!
ReplyDeleteAgreed.

Yes, indeed, Miz Moogie!
ReplyDeleteAnon: Damned good point. Deficit reduction could begin with eliminating those "non-essential" workers. Who could complain?

AMEN.
ReplyDelete(If a larger font were available, I would have used it.)
This has been fun!
ReplyDeleteAnd I like the cartoon, too.
