Don't Wanna Rub It In, or Anything...

... especially since our WX will take a severe turn for the worse overnight (i.e., the forecast indicates a high of 27 degrees tomorrow)... but we're just in from our run out to Cannon Airplane Patch.  Which we did with the top down, without the heater, and with only a light jacket, all in brilliant hurt-your-eyes sunshine.

There's nothing like a sustained 80-mph open road blast with the top down to make one reconsider that SUV thang.  For the moment, anyhoo.

    It's cold here in Florida. I had to quit wearing shorts and tee shirt to work Monday. Possibly a light dusting of snow later this week.

    That ain't rubbing it in, Buck. That's enjoying what you got! I encourage as much of that as you can squeeze in while it's still possible.

    It's amazing how many times a mind can change once the car purchase decision gets close enough to the critical point. I think I still have a few months left, but I cannot settle on anything right now. Fun? Practical? Comfort? Speed? Power? It ain't easy.

    Honey, we aren't going to see temps above 20 for the next four days. It should be pure misery.

    Alison: Yeah... we did have a considerable amount of snow just a week ago. And today? 64 degrees!

    Dan: I've been watching the national WX maps and I'm amazed at how cold it is... seemingly everywhere!

    Seattle Andy: I hear ya about the car thing. I was quite pleased with my ride when I got back from the base today, but OTOH I got to thinkin' about a new Camaro about an hour later. I'm hopin' this thing passes soon, coz life without car payments I s quite nice.

    Loosyana Andy: Insane? Moi? I guess I shouldn't talk about yesterday's mo'sickle ride then...

    Daph: I feel for ya. We're only supposed to be real cold for the next day or two... then back up into the 40s and 50s by the weekend. But today sure was nice! I, too, shall be indoors for the next 48 hours.
