Pretty Cool

"Visual Effects: 100 Years of Inspiration"

This vid supposedly peaked on these here innertubes a couple of days ago... so you may have seen it.  But it's new to me.  And it's pretty danged cool.

Mo Cool: SN1 is back in P-Ville for a couple of days until he motors off to The Golden State for his 25th high school reunion.  On his Harley.  Which looks something like this:

FLHX Street Glide

Ah... to be young again.  Speaking of which... we were young again last evening, kinda-sorta.  Buck, Daughter-In-Law Erma, and YrHmblScrb tried semi-successfully to liquidate (heh) the beer supply at El Casa Móvil De Pennington last evening.  We didn't kill ALL of it, but enough damage was done to necessitate a beer run sometime today or tomorrow.  Coz I'm a lot like the Boy Scouts, in that one should always "Be Prepared."

  2. Cool video! We recently watched "Prince of Foxes," a 1949 movie with Tyrone Power and Orson Wells - some of the scenes were just funny due to the "special effects."

Glad you are enjoying time with Erma.

  3. Moogie: Gotta agree with ya!

Lou: "Special effects" really WERE "special" back in 1949. :D

Jim: Yeah... all 800+ pounds of it. :D
