CHICAGO - The ongoing corruption probe into Illinois governor Rod Blagojevich took a dramatic turn this evening, as federal agents working for US Attorney Patrick Fitzgerald announced that they had seized the governor's eBay account. It is as yet unknown how the latest seizure will effect the outcome of the case.

What is astounding to me is the level of hubris on the part of Gov. Pay-to-Play. Daring the FBI to wiretap him. Demanding money. Even his wife was in on it all.

Yeah, even coming from the Cradle Of Corruption which is Boston politics, this stinks the joint up.
ReplyDeleteI just hope we are not in for another "Whitewater", Monica, Watergate, Iran Contra....etc. We as a country have much more important things on the table. You know I'm no Obama fan, but hopefully the guy will start with a clean slate come January 21st.....Blog-O- needs to step down...NOW!
