A BONE For You

From the Usual USAF Source, of course...

Speaking of bones... I thought long and hard (heh) about posting this video, wherein this guy un-boxes a Sybian he bought as a Mother's Day present for HIS MOM.  I kid thee not, that's exactly what he says on several different occasions.  The video is work-safe, I suppose, in that there aren't any blatantly pornographic aspects to the vid at all.  But the very IDEER is quite unsettling and therefore might not be work safe.  So, after all that thinking I decided not to go there but you can if ya wanna, coz the vid is amusing and laugh-out-loud funny, in parts.  But still and even... HIS MOM?

  3. Treating Hysteria05 May, 2014 19:55

Little known today, but treating women for "womb disease" and to prevent hysteria was one of the most common medical procedures before the 20th century. The medical book suggested:

When these symptoms indicate, we think it necessary to ask a midwife to assist, so that she can massage the genitalia with one finger inside, using oil of lilies, musk root, crocus, or [something] similar. And in this way the afflicted woman can be aroused to the paroxysm. This kind of stimulation with the finger is recommended by Galen and Avicenna, among others, most especially for widows, those who live chaste lives, and female religious, as Gradus [Ferrari da Gradi] proposes; it is less often recommended for very young women, public women, or married women, for whom it is a better remedy to engage in intercourse with their spouses.

    1. You'd go directly to jail for that today, without even a whiff of passing "Go."

Just be polite... that's all I ask.
