Seventy-four BIG-ass degrees, which made for a nice comfortable Happy Hour out on the verandah. Methinks we won't be repeating yesterday's experience today. Note:
I can tell people really ARE walking around in fear just by looking out my window, as there's a sheet of ice where the 17th Street Canal and Intra-City Waterway used to be. It ain't nice outdoors at all and I'm glad I don't have to go anywhere today. So we'll just turn up the music, party on, and watch the slip 'n' slide circus outside my window.
Well, we got another freakin' 5 inches yesterday, and we've had a grand total of 3 days above freezing since a week before Christmas, so when we've gotten snow this winter, we've held onto it. We're startin' to run out of ideas for where to put the shit. . .
