The Fanbois Are Swooning

Today, Cupertino released more detailed plans about the project on the city’s website. Known as “Apple Campus 2″ to the city, the project will be built on a 175 acre area near the 280 highway. The total building will be approximately 2.8 million square feet, will feature a 1,000 seat auditorium (perfect for all but Apple’s biggest events), a fitness center, 300,000 square feet of research facilities, a power plant, and underground parking. But all of that sounds boring, what you really need to see is what it looks like: a giant, flying saucer-like loop. Luckily Cupertino included Apple’s proposal documents which include many new renderings of the project.
You should go read the comments, some are pretty amusing... like: "Do the god rays come with it, or are they optional?"  And there are lotsa Star Trek and Lord of the Rings references, too.  Of course.

  2. Did I hear right the other day? Apple is NOW the most valuable corporation in the US.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure I heard right. ObozO needs to tax Gore at 100% of his net wealth since he's a part of that Klan (misspelling intended). Besides that, Apple was named the "least green" tech company earlier this year if memory serves. So, the retarded ObozO Green Czar needs to tax Al on all future income, too.

    A pox on 'em!

  3. Anon: A target, no doubt. For anyone...

Andy: Yeah, I read that, too. I also read Apple has more cash than the gub'mint, which explains the building, in part.

I agree on the pox thang, as well. A painful, incurable, and debilitating pox would be BEST.

  4. Buck, you and I have more cash than the gubmit. At least more worth and income to obligation.

The effin' shame of it is that when they aren't able to make their expenses, we won't be either.

A double, triple pox on 'em all!
