I don't want to sound crass or unfeeling but I've heard all I want to hear about the shooting in Tucson. It was a tragedy and all of us grieve for the victims, the survivors, and their families. That is true. As for the rest of it? The apparently endless speculation as to WHY, the oh-so-concerned hand-wringing about our "political rhetoric," the "let-me-be-the-first-to-introduce-a-LAW" mentality of the clue-impaired politicians, and most of all, the fucking Talking Head pundits? Four full days of this stuff is enough. Just SHUT UP, already. ALL of you.

Nuf' said! I about blew chunks when Katie Curic of the Communist Broadcast Station (CeeBS) made reference to the fact that the killer was exercising his 2nd amendment rights.
ReplyDeleteExactly right Buck.
ReplyDeleteThanks Buck. Well said.
ReplyDeleteDale: Pardon me askin', but why would you even WANT to watch Couric?
ReplyDeleteKris and Deb: Thank ya!
Agreed.
ReplyDeleteOoh my vw: mortickl - mortified yet tickled at the same time.
Trust me Buck it happened by mistake. It was one of those turn the TV on and there she was, talking about the shooting so I was trapped to see what her take was on it, duh, I should have known!
ReplyDeleteWell said. Stop the insanity - the sensational unbalanced and one sided blame game has been the most incredible thing I have ever witnessed.
ReplyDelete(word verification = britain...whoah)
Yep, I'll add a "Me too" to the comments. Enough already!
ReplyDeleteTrust me Buck it happened by mistake.

Ditto, ditto, ditto! It's been kinda pleasant to be too pre-occupied to keep up with the media these past few days. And good for the blood pressure!
