Intermittent and SLOW

Posting will be light to non-existent today. I’m suffering from an intermittent and slow network connection, when the connection is actually there. How slow? Well, do you remember 9600 baud modems? THAT slow. Makes normal surfing and reading nearly impossible. What’s worse is I don’t know if the issue is with my computer (I doubt it), or with my ISP (which I strongly suspect). More if and when things get back to normal.
