Taken 20 minutes ago at Wally-World, wherein this person required TWO handicapped parking spaces.  I didn't realize you could get a disabled tag for being mentally handicapped.
Just sayin'.

    Heh. I see it every day here in Little Rhody. Some people here are what ya might call "automotively challenged" as in, can't drive, can't park, might as well stay at home!
