I don't believe it could be any drearier outdoors than it it is right now:
There's a fine mist in the air that's just shy of heavy fog (note the damp pavement). It's pretty frickin' chilly, too... I was out on the verandah drinkin' the first part o' my lunch and had to come indoors coz it just ain't a nice day out there. Here's what Google sez about our WX at the moment:
Note to Ma Nature: It's still summer, Bitch... for another two full days. So act like it, mmm-kay?

OK Buck, here is all the proof you need that we are entering into the final stages of THE END OF THE WORLD AS WE KNOW IT. I check in to Lucianne.com and what is the first article I see? And about which State? If you guessed Cali you get the prize. Headline: "California teen named nation's first transgendered Homecoming Queen."
ReplyDeleteCase Closed....THE END IS NEIGH! LOL on the outside--cryin' on the inside..
It is to weep.
DeleteHigh humidity here in TN, too. Ugh.
ReplyDeleteDan! You're back! That was one helluva fishing trip... ;-)

ReplyDeleteThe mist is a lot thicker here in the North State.
ReplyDeleteWe had .80 inches of that mist between 1pm and 2pm today.
It was glorious.
That is unless you were one of the families living in a tent out where the fire was.
Rain is usually good, unless there's too much of it, like up in Colo recently. I feel for the folks that lost their homes in the fires and floods.
