Tonight's ADWH Soundtrack...

... is REALLY strange given I'm running Pandora's Quick Mix, which selects music from all your defined stations.  That means we've heard Glenn Miller followed by Lyle Lovett followed by Wes Montgomery followed by Sinatra followed by this...

Voulez-vous coucher avec moi, ce soir?
Voulez-vous coucher avec moi?
Mais certainement!  Ah... memories.  We could go there again but we'll settle for Johnnie Walker Green, a good cigar and better memories.

I've got both ends of that lyric TOTALLY covered, lol.

That song probably doubled the breeding of mocha chocolata in every ghetto.

    1. I first read "brewing." And thought... yeah.

  4. So, they are speaking French? No wonder I didn't know the words. Jesse gives me a hard time about not knowing the words to oldies, but maybe there is a reason.

    1. Just the chorus, Lou. And Jesse is right, yanno?

    2. I think the song was meant to be more cajun and creole, to go with the setting of New Orleans. But the chorus is distinctly French Quebec :-)

  5. I looked for Johnnie Walker Green the other day but couldn't find it. I did pick up some of the Tennessee Honey, though. Nice.

    1. I can take the T.Honey in small doses... it's VERY sweet. I'm thinkin' it might be better with a dash o' soda water.

  6. I usually don't buy anything with the word "green" involved, but I think I'll make an exception in this case. AS for the Tennessee Honey, not so sure. Regular Jack is just about sweet enough for my taste. Still, I might give the Honey a try, since we're talking Tennessee here. I've had one prior experience with (a) Tennessee Honey and that's worked out just fine, thank you.

    1. I never used to buy blends, Dan, until I tried a bottle of both the JW Gold and the Green. The Green is now my scotch of choice... it's THAT good.

And yeah... your TN Honey experience HAS worked out well!

Just be polite... that's all I ask.
