If a lifetime can be likened to a day, then this is Happy Hour!
I have Food going all the way.
Yeah, food would win out if these were my brackets. Beer would be a close second.
Sunny does duck lips as well as anyone I've ever seen
@ about 2:40 she makes duck lips with her mouth
Where did cigars and beer finish in your brackets? I notice "Savings" fell out right away. :-(
Well, these ain't my brackets, to begin with. Beer and cigars would take precedence over most everythang, now that you mention it. But savings? We're at that point in life when we're drawin' the savings down, not adding to 'em. And they keep gettin' smaller, no thanks to the freakin' markets these past few years...
I REALLY AM in love with this chick. Seriously. I hope #1 son meets her, sweeps her off her feet, and that she's got 3 sisters for the rest of the clan. That "listening to an earphone" deal just made me snort. As far as my brackets...I'll leave that to ObozO. But, http://aol.sportingnews.com/ncaa-football/story/2012-03-14/why-college-football-better-than-college-basketball-ncaa-tournament
I'd make a run at Young Sunny myself, were I still in the market. And in her age bracket. As for yer article... true, as far as that goes. But let's talk hockey... coz there ain't NUTHIN' like the Stanley Cup playoffs. Nothing.
...coz there ain't NUTHIN' like the Stanley Cup playoffs. Nothing.Imma trust you on that one, Buck. It's all a matter of personal taste, I reckon...
Dunno, Buck. The NCAAs have FAR more really down-to-the-wire games and true upsets by unheralded, relatively unk teams. You don't get that in the Stanley Cup--you're just an old geezer unreconstructed hockey FANatic that's beyond help. :)(Not to say that the Stanley Cup doesn't provide some exciting, hi-pressure games, but still...not as many and no team is a true unknown)
Wrong, Virg. Just WRONG. To begin with, NCAA bassetball is a single-elimination tournament, which totally sucks for teams that have a great season and then fall down in ONE game. Hearts WILL be broken. The Stanley Cup run has its Cinderella teams, too. Look at the Cup winners since the lock-out and tell me how many of those teams you thought might have made the Finals, let alone win the Cup (except for the Wings, of course). And there ain't nothing... repeat, NOTHING... like a Game Seven in the SCF. We'll just stop here.
Cable made it a long way in the brackets, but it may be a gonner at the Lazy B. It just keeps getting more expensive and yet with fewer quality shows. Sunny is great, but Andy, I thought SN1 should meet Jesse!
Cable got whacked at Casa de Pennington in favor of satellite teevee... cheaper, better, more HD. Just sayin'.
Lou - we are dropping cable. Haven't actually watched the cable TV in nearly a month. Just need to attend to some phone details and then we can cancel. Food would have to make my final bracket no question. What about shelter? You can have all the food you want in the end but - where do you live?
In your car. ;-)
Buck has a spare RV he's not using just now, Kris, (PS: I perhaps shouldn't bring that up--my wife just might give me a one-way plane ticket to Portales, lol)
Hey! Wanna buy an RV? ;-)
Just be polite... that's all I ask.
