I think I remember seeing humidity in the low 30's ONCE in NW Louisiana. It was one day in the Fall. I was about 25 years old.
It made big news, too!
Hey, every time the temps hit over 100, I am reminded of an e-mail I got from Staci Bliss not too long after I started reading her blog. It said something like, "It is 102 in Yukon today. That's like 714 in dog heat, or sumthin'!"

Okies...gotta love 'em.
It WAS stifling. And humidity is all... wait for it... relative. It knocks ya back when ya go from single-digit humidity to 22%.
