Down 3-2 at beginning of the third period, the Tampa Bay Lightning score twice and hold off a last-minute surge by the benighted Caps to win 4-2. AND take a commanding 3-0 series lead over Number One seeded Washington. Who'd a thunk it? Wow. Just... WOW.

What with my Celtics now down 0 - 2, and the B's up 2 - 0, I'm thinking my Boston eggs need to all be moved to the hockey basket. No predictions, though. I am a living breathing jinx.
ReplyDeleteIt'd be pretty cool to see the 'Bolts sweep the Caps wouldn't it?
ReplyDeletePredators Canucks is shaping up to be interesting. Any predictions on that one?
Jim: The Sox ain't doin' so well, either.
ReplyDeleteDeb: The Caps and Bolts play again tonight and yeah... a sweep WOULD be cool. I don't have a prediction on the Preds-Canucks. Those games have just been too close to call... it might boil down to who gets the bounces, or the calls.
Geaux!
