Or I might be, by day's end. You simply cannot imagine the dust and such, Gentle Reader. I'd be amazed were I not so annoyed.
Needless to say, we'll be indoors most...if not all... of the day.

The wind is howling here too. In fact, it has been howling all spring except for yesterday when it rained all day and night - and I mean it rained big-time. Hopefully the blowing wind will dry out the driveway much faster.
ReplyDeleteIt really is unbelievable here today, Lou. We got more rain last evening, but not enough. Well, enough to make a mess out of the car... but that don't take much. As you know...
ReplyDeleteLou is right the wind is howling. It is windy and muddy. What a lovely mixture!
ReplyDeleteIt's blowing pretty hard here, too, and with strong storms expected tonight and tomorrow. Ahhh, springtime in the South.
ReplyDeleteI've been checking the weather map, it seems almost all the country is wet, windy, snowy, or just plain damn miserable.
ReplyDelete55 rain, games washed out here in west Ohio.
That tiny sprinkle has made a MESS of my Expedition! There is also a huge mound of sand in front of my back door (the door we use all the time), and under each window (even though every window in this place is less than 10 years old). I went out to feed the horses a few minutes ago and noticed that my swingset is thrashed. Flipped over and broken thrashed.
ReplyDeleteHope your trailer doesn't blow away!!
Lou and Ash aren't kidding the wind is awful here today. It's hard to paint furniture in this wind.
ReplyDeleteSame here - howling winds more often than not. You should see the SEA of acorns in our yard!
ReplyDeleteSorry about the sucky weather, my kids ended up with sunburn, being it Spring Break and the weather in the high 70's and no clouds.....maybe if they were not out side without sunblock they would not be lobsters now....hm.....bad parenting I guess....
ReplyDeleteHope the wind dies down for you tomorrow and you can enjoy some spring weather.
My garbage cans were blown over today, thankfully the were not too full!! Hubby is in Utah and he says they got the gosh awful wind up there too. It's really quieted down here tonight though.
ReplyDeleteYou all know...THEY have been doing tests...THEY can control the weather now. Better get your Orgone Blasters SOON! this is just a taste of what's coming!
ReplyDeleteHey Uncle Buck...any chance you could use all your gov't connections and get all that west Texas dust out of our sky here in OK?
Wow. Who knew that the wind would be SO bad in SO many places, eh? Well, I knew the Southeast Oklahoma Blogging Coalition was getting hammered, coz my WX maps include you guys, as well. But New England and Ohio, too? Wow.
ReplyDeleteSpring. Gotta luv it.
