Mushy sez: Wouldn't you love to go back there (that moment)...one more time?
I know you said I don't have to answer...but. I have serious mixed emotions about that question. On the ne hand -- yeah, yeah...I would. OTOH, no. Because I'd have to come back now, wouldn't I?
Abe: You're right about "hard to forget." That day was our first trip (of many) to Oxford and the day was simply brilliant in every respect. Or: unforgettable.
Lori: Thanks for that. I was hoping someone would notice, LOL!
I think it's one of my better shots, technically speaking, i.e., composition, lighting and all that. And then there's the irony of the subject matter juxtaposed with the door inscription, eh? ;-) Which, of course, one had NO way of knowing or appreciating 27 years ago when I took the pic...
I thought it was a great shot too, but I was busy comparing TSMP to SN3 and forgot to comment. I love the doorway, the colors, etc...I feel a painting coming on.

ReplyDeleteMemories make living possible. The other part is hope. Slices of time like this one are hard to forget.
