Whatzit?

Wha’izzit? (click for larger)

A (badly) hand-blown wine goblet, perhaps? Something else? Scroll down…

Nope! It’s just a bubble-drip, for lack of a better term. I thought it was pretty cool, which may or may not be a reflection on the quality of my life. You decide.

And now it’s off to make the rounds. Back in a bit.

  2. Pretty cool, Mr. P. I thought it was a melting icicle at first, because that is what is happening here. Wondering how many stupid people will end up falling through the ice today. There's always one. DUH! It's going up to nearly 40 today, stay off the ice, numbnuts.

  3. Thanks, Ladies!

All in all, I took 17 pictures of this drip, and ALL before I'd even started the coffee. Who sez you can't do something creative and/or productive before you've had your coffee? (Well...me, for one...)

These pics also reinforce my opinion that I don't really need a new digital SLR. The current camera does just fine. Now I need to work on the desire part of that equation.

  4. That is cool! What kind of camera did you use?

I'm about to follow your son's advice (given to you, not me) and get myself a Nikon D50 off Ebay. I probably don't needs it, but I sure wants it! LOL!

It's a Canon Powershot G5, Jenny. (Link in case you wanna check it out.) I've had it for two years ths month, and I DO like it. But, like you, I wants an SLR...
