Rejoice

And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. And lo, the angel of the lord came upon them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid. And the angel said unto them, Fear not: for, behold I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born, this day in the city of David a Saviour, which is Christ the Lord.

And this shall be a sign unto you; Ye shall find the babe wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying in a manger. And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God, and saying, Glory to God in the highest, and on earth peace, good will toward men.

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

  6. "Fear not: for, behold I bring you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people."

"to all people" means that Christmas is for everyone. Peace on earth and good will toward men.

I spent Christmas Day in Electra - home of Dale. I hope everyone had a great Christmas where ever they were.

  7. Correction: Electra is Dale's hometown, but not where he lives now. Toby's family lives in Electra now.

  8. Lou Lou, I can hear the excitment in your voice having spent the day in the Big town of Electra! Who was it that you were visiting there? Shelley still has a lot of family there, mine one the other hand have moved away. Shelley's grandfather is Jack Goodwin, last double-wide on the right heading towards the Top-Hat.

Bec! What did you do to your blog?

  12. Bec! What did you do to your blog?

I felt stupid leaving people stranded in Zion, Buck. That feeling of "do something right, or don't do it at all" overcame me one day and - snip!
I have no business doing a blog at this time in my life. If I have extra time, I need to work on Doug's blog, to get his online business going, or to finish editing my novel - after work and family, of course.
It was fun, though :) And I did select an appropriate name, didn't I?

I understand, completely. Thanks for the explanation, and I apologize for the rather blunt query on my part. But...I was shocked to see you'd cut the whole blog and couldn't comment at your place because there were no posts left to comment on.

I'll be back when you get the time to start up again, ya know. Your blog name IS appropriate! :-)

Just be polite... that's all I ask.
