Customer Service

Joy, in the comments to "Late," said "I really like the picture, just wish it was more of a closeup." Well, EIP is all about customer service. Voila!

    Ah, New Mexico and their shrines! The wood shop teacher in Taos taught some special students the art of carving. When I mentioned to the teacher that I would like to buy one of the pieces of carved art, he sent a student to my room to get my order. The student asked which saint I wanted carved. Not being Catholic, I knew nothing about saints. There was a moment of both of us looking rather dumbfounded. Finally, we decided on Moses. So, I have this beautifully carved Moses, but no shrine.
