For commenter Sam at Mahablog: I meant to include this in the post below, but forgot. I have "word verification" turned on in the comments, Sam, and this may be your problem. If you mistype the word in the block provided, Blogger will display an error message, but you only see this message if you scroll back up to the top of the comments page. I don't like Blogger's implementation of the word verification system (coz it's clunky), but it does keep the spam away.

ReplyDeleteTook some time to look over your writings and comments and I can see that we have absolutely nothing in common. I won't let that stop me though.
Right now my brain is fried (too much computer work) and I just got back from a strenuous hike uphill and back and so I'm going to call it a day. Might check in tomorrow afternoon to see what's up.
BTW, I notice you have another regular with the name "Sam." Since Sam's not my real name, and I'd best not drag Maha's name around over here - as in "Sam from Maha" (unlikely she'd appreciate that), I'll give some thought to a different one. (Someone over here has my real name, too!)

I shouldn't have any trouble at all differentiating your comments from those of Sam, Son Number Two. The Lt. Cmdr. and I have everything in common, because, after all, the acorn doesn't fall very far from the tree.
