Erick Erickson at Red State has an interesting take on Justice Roberts' decision.
Forcing it to be a political issue about taxes in a presidential election cycle. He takes the commerce clause and puts in the closet and forces Dems to defend ... a new tax.
If the analysis is true, it's pretty fucking brilliant.

I think I remember reading something about the IRS being the enforcement mechanism. Oh, Goodie.

That was a good post by Erickson, but as I said at your place: the GOP congress has to act and I'm not sure they have the political will to do so.
