Too Easy
This ad… a Bridgestone tire commercial featuring Mr. and Mrs. Potato Head (Super Bowl XLIII 43 2009)… is in heavy rotation in my market right now, and I think it’s just THE Best Thing Since Sliced Bread (or whatever superlative you choose, Gentle Reader)…
Would it were THAT easy to silence your companion on a spirited drive through the countryside, eh?
OMG the angry eyes! Reminds me of the 2nd Toy Story movie -when Mr. Potato Head is confronted with an aisle of Barbie Dolls. All he can do is shut his eyes and say over and over again: I'm a married spud, I'm a married spud.
And didn't Mrs. P threaten to use her "angry eyes" in that same movie?
I remember enjoying this back when. Sort of looks like the countryside I was in last week, only it needs snow. I'm way behind after the trip, Buck, but I'll catch up. ;-)
I love the "angry eyes."
ReplyDeletetoo funny! - yes, the "angry eyes" - great!
ReplyDeleteLoved this ad when I first saw it, but had forgotten about it. Thanks for the replay!
