Becky sez: My grandmother's cat lays on top of her rag top car. She hates that.
Violence just might ensue if I EVER catch a cat on my top. Harsh words spoken VERY loudly at the very least, anyway.
Becky: I'd think the problem would be worse with a dirty car. I'd have never noticed this had the car been clean. Of course keeping a car clean in these parts means washing the danged thing EVERY day, something I'm not willing to do.
Just yesterday I went out to sit on the patio. There was bird poop all over the chairs. There is also a big pile of bird poop on my car under the carport - not to mention all of the bird poop in the carport. No one ever says, I hate birds. I hope my cat starts eating a few birds around here. I would much rather wipe off kitty prints than bird poop.
Not a cat person here either. I have always had a "thing" about cats running loose while my dogs need to be on a leash when outside our house and yard.
I used to feed the birds at my home in Kansas, but I had to stop because all I was doing was attracting them to my yard so the neighborhood cats could come in MY yard and kill them.
Lou: I hear ya about the birds and I have complained about that phenomenon before. With zero comments! But my birds only seem to target my car.
Amy and Sharon: I'm not a cat person, either. I should post about my roomie's cat that stalked me for fun... and drew blood on me several times. That's really too bad about the birds at your old place, Sharon. I see the cats stalking birds around here, as well. But they never seem to catch any.
Jenny: Didn't you get enough rain this weekend? ;-)
Pat: I think ALL cats get around, right?
Ash sez: I'm not Becky. LOL
No, you're not. I, OTOH, am VERY red-faced! My apologies!
Cynthia: Kitty door mat? You mean the one that sez "Welcome. Now go away."? ;-)
That made me laugh. My grandmother's cat lays on top of her rag top car. She hates that.
ReplyDeleteMy bothers cat threw up on top of my dad's truck. That made him mad!
I grew up with all kinds of kitty footprints showing up on the parents' cars. Maybe that's why I so seldom wash mine!
ReplyDeleteJenn: Birds of a feather, we are!
