Can't beat that. You should get it and run for the local Justice of the Peace and perform weddings for a small fee--pocket change for your booze&cigars..lol

(PS: I've got a divorced buddy from Louisville (and a fraternity brother from Western Kentucky) who did just that! He owened a buncjh of Hallmark -card shops in Louisville after being a sales rep for many years in Conn. Says helps make his retirement one of "judicial splendor" lol.

(FUNNY story about his divorce. When he and wife made decision to quit Hallmark sales rat-race in Conn and move back to Louisville and buy the stores, he wennt ahead after they sold their house to scout out new diggs in Louisville while wife stayed on in temp apt until school-year ende3d for son. When she arrived in Louisville at their new temp apt she found this 27 ft sloop--no, ketch w.BOWSPRIT, no less, rigged for heavy wx Atlantic sailing (e.g., heavy-weight sails--for the light winds of the Ohio R. ??)--parked in driveway! Turns out Bob took the proceeds of home sale (or good chunk of them) and bought it on East Coast (couldn't pass up the deal) without her knowing about it, had it shipped to Louisville. Divorce--BITTER DIVORCE--quickly followed--TRUST ME, I was a witness to it all--MUCH hilarity!

(I won't EVEN go into the time Bob and his son and me and mine were becalmed--due to combo of light to no wind and aforementioned heavy sails--in the middle of the Ohio on a HOT, SWELTERING late August day when the engine conked out and we were full of booze. Talk about sweat hogs! I'll never forget the discomfort. I was never a big smoker - of anything (wink wink) - and I do use scented wax burners in the house. So I get the fragrances at a level I can tolerate w/out sending the asthma into hyper-drive.
