BIG-TIME!

Jim sez: Not having been there, I'll refrain from commentary.

I'll only go so far as to say "a good time was had by ALL." At the time. I've had conversations with 20-somethings in record stores that knew more about Dylan than I ever will... which is amazing, in and of itself. Dylan is truly a "man for the ages." Having him as the bard o' my youth was just... well, wonderful.Buckhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05319116022465066060noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18232353.post-66757735434589333582008-09-26T10:45:00.000-06:002008-09-26T10:45:00.000-06:00You definatly had to be there - I think Dylan is g...You definatly had to be there - I think Dylan is generational... the music was part of the times and who we were are the memories are so strong with a Dylan background!Flag Gazerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17659942646638490171noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18232353.post-41267491266569800902008-09-26T08:56:00.000-06:002008-09-26T08:56:00.000-06:00Not having been there, I'll refrain from commentar...Not having been there, I'll refrain from commentary.

Come over to my place. T...One of my faves, Lou, and thanks for listening. There's no middle ground with Dylan, methinks. You either love him or hate him. It's the rare person who can take him or leave him.

That said... "Desire" is also one of my favorite Dylan albums (of which I have many). But "Desire" is very special... many, many great memories related to that "fifth day of May" line... and the times that led up to it. "Desire" was a soundtrack, of sorts.Buckhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05319116022465066060noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-18232353.post-89410782174031340892008-09-25T17:06:00.000-06:002008-09-25T17:06:00.000-06:00That was some nice Dylan. That was some nice Dylan.Bag Bloghttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01885412195900280096noreply@blogger.com
